Delete your NAWWIR account
NAWWIR is operated by Xeplans. You can delete your account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what happens.
The quickest way — inside the app
- Open NAWWIR
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll to Danger zone
- Tap Delete my account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@xeplans.com from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my account.
We complete these within 30 days, normally much sooner. We may ask you to confirm from the account's email address, so that nobody can delete somebody else's account.
What is deleted

What is kept, and why
Reports about behaviour are kept, with your name and account identifiers removed.
If reports vanished whenever an account was deleted, a person reported for harassment could erase the record simply by deleting their account and signing up again. Keeping the report — without the personal identifiers — protects other people. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your other rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may also request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or complain to the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). Write to support@xeplans.com.
حذف حسابك في نَوِّرْ
تُشغّل Xeplans تطبيق نَوِّرْ. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته في أي وقت. توضّح هذه الصفحة كيفية ذلك وما الذي يحدث بالضبط.
الأسرع — من داخل التطبيق
- افتح نَوِّرْ
- اذهب إلى حسابي ← الإعدادات
- انزل إلى منطقة الخطر
- اضغط حذف حسابي
- اكتب حذف للتأكيد
الحذف فوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
إن تعذّر فتح التطبيق
راسلنا على support@xeplans.com من البريد المسجّل في الحساب، والعنوان: حذف حسابي.
ننفّذ ذلك خلال ٣٠ يوماً، وعادةً أسرع بكثير. وقد نطلب تأكيداً من بريد الحساب نفسه حتى لا يتمكن أحد من حذف حساب غيره.

ما الذي يبقى ولماذا
تبقى بلاغات السلوك، مع إزالة اسمك ومعرّفات حسابك منها.
لو اختفت البلاغات مع حذف الحساب، لاستطاع من يُبلَّغ عنه بالتحرش محو السجل ببساطة بحذف حسابه والتسجيل من جديد. بقاء البلاغ — دون بيانات تعرّف بك — يحمي الآخرين. وهذا موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.
