NAWWIR is operated by Xeplans. This page states our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, and how to report a concern.
Who the app is for
NAWWIR is for adults only. Every account holder confirms they are 18 or older, and we close any account we believe belongs to a person under 18, as our Terms of Use say.
What is prohibited
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. That includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to use the app to contact or meet a minor for a sexual purpose. This applies to profiles, activities, chat messages and photos.
How to report
- Inside the app: open the profile, activity or message and tap Report. You do not need to leave the app.
- By email: support@xeplans.com with the subject Child safety.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
What we do with a report
- We review every child-safety report.
- When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we remove the content and close the account.
- We keep the report, with personal identifiers removed as described in our Privacy Policy, so that deleting an account does not erase the record.
- We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable and the competent Saudi authorities.
Compliance
We comply with the child-safety laws that apply to us, including the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the requirements of the app stores we publish on.
