What the site collects when you read it
The pages are static. The site sets no cookies of its own, shows no advertising, and does not track you across other sites.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site. Like any web server it receives your
network (IP) address, the page requested, the time and your browser type, uses them to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks, keeps them for a short period under its own terms, and processes them on servers around the world, including outside Saudi Arabia. A rate rule counts requests to the Start form per network address and Cloudflare data centre over ten seconds, to stop floods.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits by page, country and browser.
Cloudflare states it uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or browser.
- Sentry receives a report when the home page (the English or Arabic front
page only) hits an error. Each report carries what failed, the page address, your browser's full identification text (the "user agent", which names the browser and usually the operating system and its version, and on some phones the device model), your browser's language, time zone and calendar type, and the address of the page that linked you to the site, if any (the browser's "referrer"). Our Sentry project is in the European Union (Frankfurt). The site attaches no account, name or email details to a report and asks Sentry not to work out or store your network address; the items listed may still count as personal data, and Sentry processes them for us under its terms.
The Start form
If you use the Start page to tell us about a project, what you type (your name, email address, message and anything else you enter) is sent to us by email through Resend (servers in Ireland) to contact@xeplans.com, with your email address as the reply-to. Before it is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a robot; that check sends your network address and the Turnstile answer to Cloudflare. We use what you send only to reply to you and discuss the project, and we keep it for up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
Our mailboxes (support@xeplans.com and contact@xeplans.com) are hosted by Zoho Corporation in the United States. If you write to us we receive your address, your message and any attachments, and use them only to answer you, to handle a privacy or account request, or to act on a safety report. We keep them for up to 24 months after the matter is closed, then delete them.
Legal basis, rights and complaints
We process this data to run the site and answer you (our legitimate interest and, where you wrote to us, to perform what you asked). You have the rights set out in section 9 of the NAWWIR Privacy Policy, exercised through the same address, and you may complain to the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) or, if you are elsewhere, to your local data protection authority.
