NAWWIR puts strangers in the same room. That only works if everyone can trust that the rules are simple, public, and enforced. These are the rules. They apply to profiles, activity posts, join notes, chat messages, and to how you behave when you meet.
1. Who NAWWIR is for
- Adults, 18 and over. No exceptions.
- People who want to do something together: sport, coffee, food, games, the
outdoors, study, art, music, cars. Not people looking for a date.
- One real person, one account, under a name people will recognise you by when
you arrive.
2. Never allowed
We remove this content and usually remove the account, on the first report.
- Anything sexual. Sexual content, sexual suggestion, requests for sex or
for a "private meeting", content that sexualises anyone.
- Anything involving a child in a sexual way. We report it to the
authorities. Our full child-safety standards are at xeplans.com/nawwir/child-safety.
- Harassment. Threats, insults, bullying, unwanted contact after being told
to stop, following someone, or contacting them outside the app when they did not ask you to.
- Hate. Attacking a person or group for their religion, sect, nationality,
ethnicity, tribe, gender or disability.
- Violence. Threatening it, encouraging it, or glorifying it. Encouraging
self-harm.
- Illegal activities. Alcohol, drugs, gambling, weapons, or any other
activity that is unlawful in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Content that offends public order, public morals or religious values.
- Fraud. Scams, pyramid schemes, asking for money or gifts, fake giveaways.
- Fake accounts. Pretending to be someone else, a false gender or age, a
second account after suspension.
- Leaking private information. Sharing another person's meeting point, chat
messages, screenshots, phone number or address outside the app.
3. Not allowed
Usually a warning or a short suspension first; permanent removal if it continues.
- Advertising, selling, or promoting a business without our written permission.
Venues have their own route (Venue Partner Terms).
- Spam: the same post many times, off-topic posts, mass join requests.
- Posting an activity you do not intend to hold, or leaving guests waiting
without cancelling in the app.
- Repeated no-shows after being approved.
- Rude or aggressive language in chat, even without threats.
- Collecting other people's information for any purpose.
- Trying to work around a block, a suspension, or the audience setting of an
activity.
4. What good hosting looks like
- Say what the activity is, where roughly, when, and how many people, in plain
words. Nobody should be surprised on arrival.
- Approve people you are comfortable meeting. Decline the rest. You do not
owe anyone an explanation.
- If it will not happen, cancel it in the app and give the reason. Everyone is
told at once.
- Mark who attended afterwards. It keeps the reliability counts honest for
everyone.
- Men-only or women-only is a normal setting here. Use it for comfort, never
to exclude someone for another reason.
5. What good joining looks like
- Read the whole post before asking to join. If the host asks for a note, write
a real one.
- When approved, turn up. If you cannot, leave the activity in the app as early
as you can.
- Be the guest you would want: on time, polite, and gone when it ends.
6. Staying safe when you meet
NAWWIR does not verify anyone. Treat every first meeting like meeting a stranger, because it is one.
- Meet in a public place. The blurred map area is deliberate; the exact point
is shared only after approval.
- Tell somebody where you are going and when you expect to be back.
- Arrange your own transport, there and back.
- Keep your phone charged and with you.
- Do not share your home address, workplace or daily routine.
- If anything feels wrong, leave. You owe nobody an explanation.
- If you are in danger, call the police: 911 in Saudi Arabia.
7. Reporting and blocking
- Report from any profile, activity or message: tap Report, pick a reason,
add details if you can. You never leave the app, and the person is never told who reported them.
- Block anyone instantly. You disappear from each other everywhere in the
app, including join queues.
- We review every report, and normally act within 24 hours. Actions range from
removing a message to a permanent ban. Anything involving a minor, a threat, or sexual content is a permanent ban on the first confirmed report.
- If you are suspended, the app tells you why and for how long. You can appeal
by email to support@xeplans.com within 30 days; a person reviews it.
8. These rules can change
When they change in a way that matters, the app shows you the new version and asks you to accept it before you continue. The version you accepted is always visible in Settings → What you agreed to.
